工艺参数对等温淬火球墨铸铁残余奥氏体量的影响
Effec of Some Technical Parameters on the Content of Retained Austenite in ADI
【摘要】 测定了硅、铜、铝含量和等温淬火温度、保温时间对奥氏体-贝氏体球墨铸铁中残余奥氏体量的影响规律。在SEM下观察分析了残余奥氏体量对试样断裂方式的影响。结果表明,铜使残余奥氏体量提高,钥使之降低。在一定的淬火温度、保温时间和硅含量下,残余奥氏体量最高。奥氏体量减少时断裂方式向脆性断裂转变。
【Abstract】 The influence of Si,Cu and Mo contents,austempering temperature and austempering time on the volume fraction of retained austenite in austenite-bai-nite nodular iron were analvsed with X-ray diHractometer,and the fracture mode of specimens with different volume fraction of retained austenite was investigated with SEM. It was shown that the retained austenite content increased with increasing Cu content and decreasing Mo content,and reached the maximum under certain austem-pering temperature austempering tirne and Si content.When the retained austenite content decreased,the fracture mode of specimens changed from ductile fracture to cleavage fracture.
