【Abstract】 The paper reports the habitat and diet habit of the wild raccoon dog in Japan.In theanalysis of 122 droppings,it is discovered that 94 of them(77.0%)consist of digested animals and plants. Therefore it is believed that the raccoon dog is omnivorous carnivore.The dissection of 80 bodies of raccoondogs helps to know the nutritious condition of the population.The result indicates that RKFI is the most ef-fective index.The paper concludes with an analysis of the conservation and management of the raccoon dog inJapan.更多还原
