【Abstract】 The present paper descibes the characters of pathogenic bacteria of roted gill disease in mandarinfish(Siniperca chuatsi B.)The three strains isolated from the aill of the ill mandarinfish showed to be the cause of the disease and the death of the fish by infection experiment. The symptom caused by the bactera was similar to that of natural symptom.According to the morpholical features indentified by dircet fluorescent antibody technique and biochemical characteristics,the strains, SC-2 , SC-5, and SC-6 belonged to Cytophaga columnaris.更多还原
