【Abstract】 Interspecific hybrid between Polima cytoplasm male sterility Brassica na-pus L. and Brassica oleracea var. italica was used as maternal plant to backcross with Bras-sic a oleracea var. italica. Mature pollens were collected and Pollinated to stigmata with dif-ferent days of flowering. It showed that the longer the days of flowering, the lower the rate of silique. In the first to the third day of flowering, probably the optimum period, the silique rate of silique was relatively higher, even above ninety percent, but the rate of fertilization was still low.
