钻杆40Cr钢在含H2S钻井液中的腐蚀疲劳
On Corrosion Fatigue of Drill Pipe Made of Steel Type 40 Cr in Drilling Fluids Containing H2S
【摘要】 借助于自制的旋转弯曲腐蚀疲劳试验机,模拟钻井现场条件,研究了钻杆40Cr钢在高含H2S钻井液中的腐蚀及腐蚀疲劳、O_2和H_2S对腐蚀疲劳的作用机制;还研究了缓蚀剂咪唑啉和除氧剂Na_2SO_3对钻杆腐蚀疲劳的抑制作用,以及外加电流对腐蚀疲劳的影响等,实验结果表明,钻井液添加缓蚀剂和除氧剂后,增加了40Cr钢腐蚀疲劳寿命。
【Abstract】 A study of corrosion fatigue of drill pipe made of steel type 40 Cr in Drilling fluids witha high content of H2S has been carried out with a self-made rotary type bending corrosion fa-tigue testing apparatus under simulated drilling conditions.The mechanism of the effects ofO2 and H2S on corrosion fatigue and the inhibiting action of the imidazoline inhibitor and O2scavenger(Na2SO3)on corrosion fatigue of drill pipe as well as the effect of the externallyapplied current on corrosion fatigue are also studied.Experimental results show that the fa-tigue life of 40 Cr is lengthened after adding corrosion inhibitors and O2 scavenger.
