旋转煤粉分离器内两相流动的理论与实验研究
^An Investigation on the Gas-Solid Two Phase Flow in a Rotary Type Pulverized Coal Classifier
【摘要】 对旋转煤粉分离器内气固两相流动进行了理论分析,提出了相应的单颗粒动力学模型,并进行了数值计算,初步找出了分离器中径向沉降速度与斯托克斯准则数和转子转速之间的关系。在此基础上,针对旋转分离器的特点,提出了近似模化的原则,建立了模化试验装置,并进行了试验研究,找出了影响分离器分离效果的因素。
【Abstract】 The gas-solid two phase flow in a rotary type classifier is theoretically analyzed.A sin-gle particle dynamic model for calculating the gas-solid two phase flow in the rotary typeclassifier is developed.The relationship between the radial sedimenting velocity of coarseparticles,Stokes number and angular speed of the classifier rotor are obtained after the nu-merical computation has been made on a rotating fluidized bed.In view of the specific fea-tures of the rotary type classifier,approxirnate similitude criteria are proposed and experi-mentally investigated.The factors affecting the classifier performance are found.Experi-mental resuIts in sparse density phase are in good agreement with those by numerical compu-tation.
