FX2型可编程序控制器在配料控制中的应用
The Application of a Type FX-2 Programmable Logic Controller in Charge Mixture Control
【摘要】 导出了电子秤系统的目标函数及其反函数；对系统进行了线性调整；使引ＦＸ２型可编程序器（ＰＬＣ）代替原来的继电器控制逻辑，实现了配料的过程控制；采用状态转移技术设计程序提高了ＰＬＣ系统的循环扫描速度．
【Abstract】 The objective function and its itivcrse function of an electronic balance svstem are de-rived and analyzed and the system is adjusted for linearity. The original relay control logichas been replaced by a type FX-2 programmable logic controller(PLC)and the process con-trol of the charge mixture is achieved.The rate of scan-round of the PLC system is improvedby the application of state transition in programming.
