脉冲扩展激光PPM信道上解调的研究
A Study of Demodulation in Stretched Pulse PPM Optical Channels
【摘要】 在某些非导行的激光通信系统中,当极窄的信号光脉冲通过散射介质到达接收机时,脉冲将在时间上扩展。对于脉位调制(PPM),这种扩展可能会引起时隙间串扰。研究了存在时隙间串扰时基于光电子计数数据的最大似然解调及其性能;给出了解调错误概率的估计公式;针对形如te ̄((-t/t)m)(tm是波形参数)的接收光脉冲,考察了计数区间长度的选取与解调性能的关系;详细研究了扩展时隙积分解调,导出了性能估计公式及一些数值结果。
【Abstract】 Based on photoelectron counting data and during interslot interference, the maximum likelihood(ML)demodulation and its behavior in time-stretched pulse PPM optical channelsare stndied.The expression for the error probability of the demoddation is given, For a re-ceived pulse with shapes like te-t/tm ,the relationship between the performance of ML demodu-lation and the selection of the length of counting interval is investigated.The extended slotintegral demodulation is studied with some numerical results given.
