丙烯酸酯离聚体改性聚苯胺导电性能的研究
The Synthesis and Properties of the Conducting Composite of Acrylate Ionomer and Modified Polyaniline
【摘要】 合成了离聚体聚(甲基丙烯酸甲酯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸钠)P(MMA-BA-AA-Na+)胶乳与聚苯胺(PAn)的导电复合物,考察了胶乳的用量、苯胺、氧化剂及体系酸度等因素对导电复合物的导电率和力学性能的影响,得到了导电率为12S·cm-1,抗张强度为4.0MPa,易加工成型的新型导电复合物。
【Abstract】 The Synthesis of a conducting composite emulsion of copolymerization of methyl methy-acrylate and butyl acrylate and the sodium acrylate ionomer/polyaniline is investigated.Theinfluences of the amount of emulsion,the amount and concentration of aniline and oxidizer,and the system acidity on the electrical conductivity, the tensile strength and the elongationat rupture are observed.Anew conducting composite with a conductivity of 12 S·cm-1,atensile strength of 4.0 MPa and easy to form is obtained.
