高温合金薄壁辐射管离心铸造内表面不加工工艺

【摘要】 利用高温合金离心铸造TF处理剂及其配套工艺,对生产内表面不加工薄壁辐射管进行了研究,结果表明:TF处理剂可以改变与控制离心力场下高温合金液的充填凝固条件及液态金属与熔渣的界面作用,实现对钢水的脱氧、聚渣、型内精炼和补缩,消除各种铸造缺陷,获得内表面光洁无需加工的优质辐射管,具有显著经济效益;还对TF剂的作用机理进行了探讨。

【Abstract】 The technology for producing the thin wall radiant tubewithout any need of inner sur-face machining is investigated by means of the TF treating agent and the necessary tech-niques developed for the centrifugal casting of high temperature alloy. It is shown that theTF agenet can change the filling and solidifying condition of the melt and control the inter-face effects between the meIt and the slag under the action of a centrifugal force field.It canalso deoxidize and refine the melt in mould and adjust the temperature field and create thecondition for thorough directional solidification so as to eliminate defects such as inclusion,blowhole,shrinkage etc. After cooling , the products of TF covering the inner surface of theradiant tube will peel off automatically and a high quality radiant tube with bright and defect-free inner surface that needs no further machining can be obtained.The action mechanism ofthe TF agent is also discussed.
