微机对激光切割系统加、减速的控制
The Acceleration/Deceleration Process in a Laser Cutting System Controlled by Microcomputer
【摘要】 分析了控制系统加、减速过程对切割质量的影响,并在一般加、减速控制理论的基础上探讨了用于激光切割系统加、减速控制的方法,得出了提高切割质量的若干途径。
【Abstract】 By taking into account the specific features of laser cutting,the influence of the acceler-ation/deceleration process on the cutting quality is analyzed. The general control principlefor acceleration/deceleration is employed for a discussion on the acceleration/decelerationcontrol for a laser cutting system,Some methods for improving the cutting quality are pro-posed.
