煤粉浓度连续可调叶片组合式浓缩器的研究
On a Group-Blade Type Concentrator with Continuously Adjustable Pulverized-Coal Concentration
【摘要】 利用三维粒子动态分析仪对一种结构参数的连续可调叶片组合式浓缩器进行了气-固两相流动特性的测试,表明可以通过改变叶片偏转匍a在较大的范围内调节浓淡分离比,a的合理调节范围为0°~20°,另外,热态试验结果表明该浓缩器用于燃烧器上形成浓淡偏差燃烧可以强化煤粉的着火和燃烧过程,并具有良好的火焰稳定性和低负荷燃烧性能。
【Abstract】 The gas-solMtwo-phasenow characteristics of a group-blade tyde type concentrator withcontinuously adjustable pulverized-coal concentration is measured with a type 3-D PDA(Three-Dimensional Particle Dynamic Analyzer).It is seen that the biased-firing degree canbe continuously adjusted in a large range by changing the angle(a)between the blade andthe approaching flow, The reasonable range of a is 0°~20°, Combustion experiments showthat with the concentrator to be fitted on a burner to form biased-firing,the ignition andcombustion of the pulverized,coal are improved.It is also helpful to flame stabilization andcombustion behavior under a low load.
