前置光放大器噪声及其光学滤波
The Noise of an Optical Preamplifier and the Optiucal Filting
【摘要】 讨论了半导体激光放大器作为前置光放大器的噪声特性及其光学滤波，并提出最佳滤波带宽的概念。实验结果表明，采用具有光学滤波器的前置光放大器可使接收机灵敏度提高５ｄＢ。
【Abstract】 The noise characteristics of a semiconductor laser amplifier used as an optical preamplifi-er and its optical fiIter are discussed. The concept of optimal filter bandwidth is proposed.Experimental results show that the receiver sensitivity is increased by 5 dB when an opticalmter is used.
