组合曲面加工的运算符法
The Curved Surface Expression and Operation for Compound Surface Machining
【摘要】 提出了构造组合曲面和相应走刀轨迹的运算符法,并详细地讨论了它的原理、概念和程序的实现。该方法由单片曲面的定义、单片曲面有效域的定义、基线的定义、曲面运算表达式的定义、曲面运算程序的自动生成和自动运行等几部分组成;其计算耗时很少。基于曲面运算符法的实用软件已在IBM微机上开发成功。
【Abstract】 The curved surface operational symbol method,a new method for compound suffacemodelling and toolpath generation,is presented.The principle,concept,and realization byprogramming are described.The method is composed of definitions of the single patch,thedomain,the base curve as well as the curved surface operational expression,and the auto-matic generation and execution of the curved surface operational program. Very little time isneeded in the calculation,only three seconds being needed for ten thousand points on a ninepatch compound surface when a type IBM/ PC 486 microcomputer is used.A practical soft-ware package based on this method has been successfully developed.
