基于特征的箱体类零件信息模型的研究

【摘要】 提出了一个基于特征的箱体类零件信息模型,它分为三个层次:零件层、特征层和几何层。零件层主要反映总体信息,特征层反映零件的形状、精度与加工要求,几何层则反映零件的点、线、面的几何/拓扑信息,文中把构成零件的特征分为方位特征、形状特征和技术特征。分析了特征间的关系,并给出了形状特征模型和精度特征模型的表达模式。

【Abstract】 The abstract representation of part information,or the part information model,is theprerequisite for the realization of CAD/CAM integration,A feature-based information model for the box-type component is proposed.It is divided into three levels, namely,the part lev-el,the feature level and geometry level.The overall information of a part is expressed in thepart level.The information of the shape,accuracy and machining requirements is expressedin the feature level while the geometry and topology information of a part is expressed in thegeometry level. In this approach,the features constituting a part are classified as the orien-tation feature, the shape feature,accuracy feature and technical feature。The relationshipfetween beatures is analyzed and the modes of the representation of the shape feature modeland accuracy feature model are presented。
