面向并行工程的CAPP方法及关键技术研究

【摘要】 分析了并行工程环境下并行设计的实质,认为实现计算机辅助并行设计的关键是研究和开发面向并行工程的CAPP(CECAPP).介绍了CECAPP的总体结构及信息需求;提出基于人工智能的方法并借助黑板结构实现零件建模及工艺设计的并行交互。针对其关键技术,提出了零件功能要求描述、制造环境建模等新的思路和方法。

【Abstract】 Concurrent-Engineering-oriented CAPP(CECAPP)is one of the key issues in comput-er-aided CE (CACE).This article presents some key techniques for CECAPP,The overallsystem structure of CECAPP and its information requirements are given. The schemes ofknowledge representation and reasoning as well as the interaction between part modellingand process design are discussed. In addition to the data and knowledge bases for the processdesign,CECAPP should be supported also by knowledge bases in connection with the con-trol and concern-suggestion information, Some techniques,such as the blackboard,areused.The hierarchical structure of the blackboard is given in detail.Some new ideas andmethods for the description of the function of parts for the development of the mapping ofthe functions and structural features,for the development of unified and standard models forthe manufacturing environment are presented.
