表面活性剂CTMAB对阴极溶出伏安法测定硒的增敏作用的研究
Study of Enhanced Sensitivity on Cathodic Voltammetry of Selenium in the Presence of Surfactant CTMAB
【摘要】 硒(Ⅳ)在pH 2.09的Britton-Robinson缓冲溶液中,于—0.59V(VS、SCE)处有一阴极溶出峰,当阳离子表面活性剂溴化十六烷基三甲铵(CTMAB)存在时,能使该阴极溶出峰峰高增高约10倍.峰高与硒(Ⅳ)浓度在2.53×10-8~1.52×10-1mol/L范围内呈线性关系,检出限为5.27×10-9mol/L(富集5min).本文详细讨论了测定硒(Ⅳ)的最佳条件及增敏机理,用该法测定了国家标准参考物质—海洋生物贻具、人发中的硒,结果令人满意.
【Abstract】 In B. R medium(pH= 2. 09), selenium can produce a cathodic stripping peak at -0. 59V(vs ,SCE), In the presence of CTMAB, the peak height was increased about 10 folds. The peak height is linerly proportional to the concentration of selenium over the rang of 2. 5 × 10-8-1. 52×10-6 mol/L. The detection limit is 5. 27 × 10-9 mol/L. The mechenism and optimium condition for determination of selenium have been discussed, the method has been aplied to determination of selenium in marine creature mussel - a standerd reference material and hair sample, the result is very satisfactory.
