多棘海盘车幽门盲囊极性脂和脂肪酸组分的研究
STUDY OF POLAR LIPIDS AND FATTY ACID COMPOSITION IN PYLORUS CAECUM OF STARFISH (Asterias amurensis)
【摘要】 对多棘海盘车(Asterias amurensis)幽门盲囊中总脂、极性脂及脂肪酸组分 进行了研究。结果表明,总脂含量占湿重的7.85%。磷脂中PC、PE、PS含量较高,PI 和DPG含量较低。主要的脂肪酸是16:0,18:0,18:1(n=9),20:1(n=9),20:1(n= 7),20:4(11=6),20:5(n=3),22:6(n=3),占总脂肪酸的74%以上。其中以20:1(n =9)最为丰富,占总脂肪酸的19.1%。两种重要的高度不饱和脂肪酸20:5(n=3) (EPA)和22:6(n=3)(DHA)分别占总量的11.7%和10.6%。海星脂肪酸组分和其 食性相符。
【Abstract】 Total lipid, polar lipids and fatty acids composition in pylorus caecum of starfish (Pisaster ochraceus) were investigated. Total lipid was 7. 85% of the tissue (wt). The concentrations of PC. PE and PS were high, but PI and DPG were low. The main fatty acids were 16: 0, 18 : 0, 18: 1 (n=9), 20: 1 (n=9), 20 : 1 (n=7), 20: 4 (n= 6), 20: 5 (n= 3) and 22: 6 (n= 3). 20 : 1 (n=9) was the most abundant, about 19. 1 % of total fatty acids. Contents of two important PUFA 20: 5(EPA) and 22: 6 (DHA) in the total fatty acids were 11. 7% and 10. 6% respectively. The fatty acid composition was compliant with its dietary.
