【摘要】 本文报告脑动脉硬化所致精神障碍２７例。其中幻觉妄想症状群９例（３３．３３％）；情感障碍症状群６例（２２．２２％）；感知综合障碍症状群５例（１８．５２％）；紧张症状群４例（１４．８１％）；遗忘症状群３例（１１．１１％）。由此我们提出：对发病年龄４５岁以上或绝经后期的妇女，无精神创伤等诱因，首次出现这些不同类型的精神障碍时，应与功能性疾病鉴别，以利于本病的早期诊治。更多还原

【Abstract】 This article reports and analyes cases of mental disorder form cerebral atherosclerosis.Out of them,9(33.33%) cases have hallucinotic delusial syndrome;6 (22.22%) affectiv syndrome;5(18.52%) psychosenory disturbance;4(14.81 %)catatonic syn drome;3(11.11%)amnesic.From this,we suggest that the onset over age of 45 or the women after menopause have not the factrs of psychic damage et.When first it shoued the mental disorder of these differential types.We must emak differential diag nosis with functional disease.It benefited early diagnosis and freatment of this disease.更多还原
