化学发光显影法检查药物中的砷

【摘要】 将鲁米诺-过氧化氢体系被Cr催化产生的光学发光记录在X光胶片上,通过比较由标准和样品形成影斑深浅,进行药物中砷的限量检测新方法。该法灵敏、简便,测定结果可长期保存,特别适用于药物中砷的限量检测。

【Abstract】 A new method for limit test of arsenic in drugs using chemiluminescent photographic detection was reported,in which luminol-H2O2 system was catalyzed by chromium(Ⅲ)and the light emission was recorded on an X-ray film.The results of the standard and samples were recorded and compared with each-other on the X-ray film which resulted in a permanent,semiquantitative record.The method is sensitive,simple and especially suitable for limit test for arsenic in drugs.
