【摘要】 作者用￣１５３Ｓｍ－ＥＤＴＭＰ治疗了１３６例骨癌疼痛病人，用药后疼痛完全缓解者４９例（３６．０％），中度缓解者７７例（５６．６％），总止痛有效率为９２．６％。结果表明：７６例中、重度骨癌疼痛患者的年龄、性别、剂量对止痛效果无明显影响（Ｐ＞０．０５），但以胸部（肋骨）疼痛为主的骨癌患者，其疼痛缓解的时间最早出现，与其它各组比较有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．０５）。更多还原

【Abstract】 One hundred and thirt-six patientswith bone cancer pain were treated with ￣153Sm- EDTMP (ethylenediamine-tetramethylene phosphonicacid).Pain free was noted in 49 cases(36%, 49/136)and pain relief in 77 cases(56.6%,77/136),the totalrelief rate being 92.6%(126/136). The data from 76patients with moderate and severe pain showed therewere no significant relationshps between the patients′age,the dose of ￣153Sm-EDTMP and the analgesic ef-fects(P> 0. 05).The pain relief observed in the pa-tients with chest pain ( ribs metastases)was earlierthan that in other groups(P<0. 05 ).
