【Abstract】 Southern hybridization analysis withthe OmpL 1 gene was performed. The results of prob-ing EcoRI-restricted genomic DNA from 1 8 st rains inChina showed that the homology fragments of OmpL1gene were presented in 1 2 pathogenic Leptospirastrains:sero-group Icterohaemorrhagiae(2 strains),Canicola,Ballum,Pyrogenes,Autumnalis,Australis,Pomona,Grip-potyphosa,Hebdomadis,Bataviae,andSejroe,but they were not presented in the non-pathogenic Leptospira biflexa strain Patoc I,Leptone-ma illini strain 3055 and pathogenic I,eptospiraSerogroup Javanica,Tarassovi,Manhao and Mini.更多还原
