【Abstract】 The vapor phase method of N-ethylaniline(EA)and N,N-diethylaniline(DEA)synthe sis has been studied with eight complex oxide catalysts.Is has been found that LAC catalyst is more active and stable thanothers.The reaction is carried out at 240-320℃and under atmospheric pressure. The conversion of the aniline feed(aniline:ethanol=1:2 mol,LHSV=1 ￣h(-1))is about 85%and the selectivity for EA is appronimately 80%. The LAC catalyst has beeu used in industrial produciton for 4000h,The productive eapacity of the eatalyst is about 160 kg(EA+DEA)/h. per ton of catalyst.The results show that is an excellent eatalyst in aniline N-ethylation.更多还原
