【摘要】 本文报道从腹泻患者及水样中检出１６株腐败异单胞菌的生物学特性和从水产品中分离出５株相应噬菌体的鉴定结果。该菌氧化酶试验阳性，对糖醇类的氧化能力极弱；能还原硝酸盐为亚硝酸盐，但不生成气体；在双糖（三糖）铁培养基中产生Ｈ＿２Ｓ的能力很强，能使整个底层变黑；在普通营养琼脂平板上能产生不扩散的淡土红色色素；具有嗜盐性；属极端单鞭毛菌。５株噬菌体增殖液的效价较高，对同种菌的裂解力强，具有严格的种特异性，对１１９５株常见肠道菌均无交叉裂解。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reported the biological characters of 15 strains of pseudomonas putrefaciens isolated from diarrheal patients and water samples.5 strains of relevant bacteriophage isolated from water-food samples were also studied.P. putrefaciens is positive to oxidase,is obligate aerobe,can hardly oxidate the saccharide,can reduce nitrate to nitrite without producing gas,can produce a great deal of H2S which make the lower layer of KIA become black,can produce light brown pigment when grow on the nutrient agar,is halophilic and have a single flagella. The shape of the 5 strains of bacteriophage looks like tadpoles,which possess head and tail section,The valence of the phage cultured solution is high.The bacteriophages have strong lysis ability to the bacteria of the same family and possess strict family specificity,They can’t crosslyse 1195 strains of common enteric bacteria.更多还原
