【摘要】 从华中冬青(Ilex centrochinensis)的叶中分得一种新的氰基化合物华中冬青醇(hua-zhongilexol,1)和一种新的木脂素华中冬青素(huazhongilexin,2),根据理化和波谱分析,推定其平面结构和相对构型,2的结构经X射线单晶衍射的分析确证.

【Abstract】 A new cyano compound 1 named huazhongilexol, C8H9O3N, m.p. 173- 175℃, and a new lignan 2 named huazhongilexin, C22H28O9, m.p. 157-158℃, were isolated from leaves of Ilex centrochinensis S.Y. Hu (Aquifoliaceae). Their structures have been elucidated on the basis of chemical and spectral evidences. The stereochemistry of 2 was established by X-ray crystallography analysis.
