海洋多氯二酮哌嗪的分子结构研究
Studies on Structure and Conformation of Marine Polychlorinated Diketopiperazines
【摘要】 从中国南海采集的倔海绵(Dysidea fragilis)中分离得一种新的不饱和多氯二酮哌嗪—倔酰胺E(dysamide E).通过波谱分析及与倔酰胺C(dysamide C)进行比较而确定其化学结构.通过X射线单晶衍射分析了含两个双键的多氯二酮哌嗪衍生物的构型及构象.
【Abstract】 In the previous papers five polychlorinated diketopiperazines were isolated from the marine sponge Dysidea fragilis. This paper reports another diunsaturated polychlorinated diketopiperazine, dysamide E (1) isolated from the same marine sponge. Compound 1, C14H16C16N2O2, is colorless needles. The structure of 1 was deduced by spectroscopic method. The boat conformation of its geometric isomer, dysamide C (2) studied by X-ray diffraction analysis is described.
