三元配合物光度法测定试剂中痕量铜的研究
Study on the spectrophotometric determination of trace copper in reagents by a ternary complex system
【摘要】 提出了Cu(Ⅱ)-茜素红S-甲基紫-聚乙烯醇三元配合物体系光度法测定Cu(Ⅱ)的新方法。该方法灵敏度高(ε=1.12×104L·mol-1·cm-1),选择性好,精密度可靠,用于测定化学试剂中的痕量Cu(Ⅱ),结果满意。
【Abstract】 In this paper the spectrophotometric determina tion of trace copper with the ternary complex system of on(n )-alizarin red s-methyl violet-polyethyleneglycol has been introduced. The method has been used to determine trace copper in reagents with sati sfactory results.
