【Abstract】 The synthesis of 2-QADN2,7 and the polarographic characteristics of its complex with copper(Ⅱ)are reported. In PH 9.60 buffer solution copper(Ⅱ)forms a red complex with 2-QADN 2,7. In the presence of 0.0025% Triton X-100 the complex gives an adsorptive polarographic wave at- 0.41V, which is recommended for determination of copper down to 10-10mol/L. The proposed method has been applied to the datermination of trace copper in hair and tea samples, with a relative error less than 10%.更多还原
