【Abstract】 The method is based on the colour reaction of Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ) with 5-Br-PADAP in weakly alkaline medium. The first derivative spectrophotometric method can resolve the over lapping absorption spectra of Co(Ⅱ) and Ni(Ⅱ). The developed method proves satisfactory for the simultaneous determinatian of micro amounts of Co and Ni in synthetic samples.Satisfactory results were obtained in the determination of trace cobalt and nickel in some chemical reagents.更多还原
