【摘要】 通过时９１例创伤性面神经损伤病例系统面神经功能评价，建立了量化面神经功能评价指数系统（Ｑｕａｎｔｉｔａｔｉｖｅｆａｃｉａｌｎｅｒｖｅｅｓｔｉｍａｔｅｓｙｓｔｅｍ，ＱＦＥＳ），确定了该系统两项指标，即整体面神经功能指数（ｔｏｔａｌｆａｃｉａｌｎｅｒｖｅｉｎｄｅｘ，ＴＰＮＩ）和整体面神经功能指数百分比（ｔｏｔａｌｐｅｒｃｅｎｔｏｆＦＮＩ，ＴＰｒ）。分析了该两项指标与面神经损伤后预后判断的量化关系。结果表明：临床量化面神经功能评价系统（ＱＦＥＳ）是一个简单易行、客观量化的面神经功能评价系统，其中整体面神经功能指数（ＴＦＮＩ）及整体面神经功能百分比（ＴＰｒ）为两个较理想诊断指标，联合应用效果更佳；该系统在临床损伤后１５ｄ诊断有意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Abstract A clinical quantitative facial nerve function estimate system(QFES)was established by the assessment of function following 91 traumatic facial palsy.The clinical value of two indices,namely the total facial nerve function index(TFNI)and the total percent of FNI(TPr)were determined,together with the quantitative relationship of these two indices with prognosis,and the correlation between the two indices and H-B estimate system. From the above study the following conclusions are made:(a)QFES is a simple,objective and quantitative estimate system.(b)TFNI and TPr are two ideal diagnostic indices in QFES, which are of greater value when used together.QFES has diagnostic significance in 15 days after injury,TFNI>80% and TPr>90% predict a good prognosis,recovery will take place in about one month;when TFNI is 60%～70% and TPr>75%,recovery occurs within one year.If TPr is 80%～85%,recovery occurs within 2～5 months;whereas TFNI<40% and TPr<50% show that injury is irreversible and early treatment should be given after diagnosis.更多还原
