稀土元素化学改性二氧化锡的催化活性和气敏性能
The Catalytic Activity and Gas Sensitivity of Rare Earth Element Modified Tin Dioxide Film
【摘要】 本论文用稀土硝酸盐浸渍二氧化锡,再在500℃下灼烧得到改性二氧化锡材料(LnOx/SnO2)经XRD分析,稀土元素并未进入二氧化锡晶格。LnOx/SnO2对乙醇催化氧化活性,随稀土元素La、Ce、Pr、Nd、Sm的不同而变化。其变化趋势与该材料在250℃下,在清洁空气中的稳定电阻值R0的变化趋势基本相同,与该材料在250℃下,在500ppm的乙醇空气混合气中的稳定电阻值Rg的变化趋势更为相近。
【Abstract】 Modified tin dioxide film(LnOx/SaO2)is prepared by using tke rear earth nitrate soaked tin dioxide and followede by the burning at [500℃. The X-Ray Diffraction analysis of this prepared film shows that the rare earth element cannot be found in the lattice of tin dioxide. The catalytic activity of modified tin dioxide film is varied with different doped rare earth elements like La, Ce, Pr, Nd and Sm. Correlation between the catalytic activity change and the varied stable resistance, Ro, in clean air under 250 ℃ is found. Better correlation is found with the stable resistance, Rg, in 500 ppm ethanol-air mixture under 500℃.
