发制品废水处理优化方法探索
TREATMENT OF WASTEWATER FROM MANUFACTURE OF HAIR GOODS
【摘要】 发制品生产工艺废水只有经过净化处理后排入海洋,才不污染环境,但在发制品废水处理中单独采用Xp法或生物鼓风曝气法均不能达到理想的处理效果.本文采用生物鼓风曝气和Xp混凝沉淀及炉渣吸附相结合的综合治理方法,取得了较好的结果.试验证明采用本工艺路线能有效地处理发制品废水,对废水中主要污染物COD的去除率达到84.0%~92.7%;色度的去除率高达97.5%~98.3%.
【Abstract】 The waste water from the manufacture of hair goods was treated successfully by the multiple processing methods of biological blasting aeration, coagulant precipitation and slag adsorption. The decontamination rate on COD was 84. 0%-92. 7%, and on colour degree 97. 5%-98. 3%.
