纳氏试剂比色法测定海水养殖水体中的铵
DETERMINATION OF AMMONIUM IN CULTURE SEA WATER WITH NESSLER’S REAGENT COLORIMETRIC METHOD
【摘要】 本文采用加氢氧化钠和碳酸钠溶液除去海水中存在的大量镁钙离子,加入聚乙烯醇溶液,使铵与纳氏试剂生成的黄棕色络合物稳定,不产生浑浊.因此使纳氏试剂比色法可直接应用于海水养殖水体中铵的测定.在铵氮浓度为1mg/L时,本方法标准偏差0.016mg/L.回收率94%~98%.表观摩尔吸光系数ε’420=2.8×103L·mol-1·cm-1.
【Abstract】 A lot of Mg2+ and Ca2+ of sea water is removed by mixing with the solutions of NaOH and Na2CO3, Polyvinyl alcohol solution is added to make the yellow-brown complex of ammonium and Nessler’s reagent stable and clear. In this case, the Nessler’s reagent colorimetric method can be directly used in determination of ammonium in the culture sea water. The molar absorptivity of this method is ε’420 = 2.8X103L·cl-1 ?cm-1. When the concentration of ammonium (NH4 - N) is 1 mg/L, the standard deviation is 0. 016mg/L and the recovery is 94%-98%.
