【摘要】 应用Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光纤维支气管镜（简称纤支镜）治疗中晚期中心型肺癌７例，有效率１００％。术中术后，病人情况良好，未发生大出血及其它严重并发症。认为Ｎｄ－ＹＡＧ激光纤支镜治疗中心型肺癌是一种新的、安全有效的、病人易接受的治疗手段，不仅可以改善病人临床症状，亦可提高病人生存质量。本文介绍了安全施术法，讨论了术中注意事项。更多还原

【Abstract】 cases of central type bronchogenic carcinoma were treated with Nd-YAG laser.The effective rate was l00% without hemorrhage or other complications.It is considered that the treatment of central type lung cancer with Nd-YAG laser is safe, effective and acceptable. It could improve not only the clinical symptoms and signs but also the quality of existence of the patients.Its advantages and technical procedures are discussed in this paper.更多还原
