【摘要】 本文介绍微导管检查的方法，术中可能遇到的问题与处理经验。通过对２０例患者的检查，结果提示甲亢性心脏病与肺源性心脏病患者治疗前均有不同程度的肺动脉高压等血流动力学改变，随着甲亢病情的控制，甲亢性心脏病忍者的肺动脉压等指标均可完全恢复至正常范围，具有可逆性。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper introduces the procedure of microcatheterization and the,management of the problems which might be encountered during the procedure, The results of the examination of 20 cases of either hyperthyroid or pulmonary heart disease implied that hemodynamic changes such as pulmonary hypertension of various degrees existed before,treatment.The reversibility of the treatment showed that pulmonary hypertension and other,disorders could be corrected when the patient’s hyperthyroid conditions were under control.更多还原
