【摘要】 本文报道了我科从１９８９～１９９４年用Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ激光，通过对蝶腭神经和筛前神经的鼻内、鼻外侧支神经阻断的方法治疗常年性鼻炎５１２例，治疗后１～５年有随访资料者７７例，其中２年后复发者３例、３年后复发者５例、４年后复发者７例、５年后复发者６例、５年内未复者５６例。远期治愈率为７３％，复发率为２７％。更多还原

【Abstract】 512 cases of perennial rhinitis from 1989～1994 treated by using Nd:YAGLaser to block the sphenopalatine nerve and the interal and the lateral branches of the anteri-or ethmoid nerve were studied.1～5year’s follow-up studies on 77 cases showed that 3,5,7and 6 cases recurred respectively in each year from the second to the fifth year after treat-ment,While 56 cases didn’t recur. The long-term cure rate was 73%and the recurrence ratewas 27%.更多还原
