小剂量Isovist脑室造影CT扫描诊断脑室系统非肿瘤性疾病的实验与临床研究
EXPERIMENT AND CLINCAL STUDY OF SMALL DOSE ISOVIST CT-VENTRICULOGRAPHY FOR DIAGNOSIS OF NON-TUMOR DISEASE OF VENTRCLE SYSTEM
【摘要】 用乳胶囊制成脑积水和脑室囊虫病的模型,行Isovist造影CT扫描。结果:造影剂浓度(V/V)0.5%~1%时,CT值65.1~128.3Hu,造影效果良好,浓度过小,对比度不足,效果不佳,浓度过高,将有较多伪影,可淹没或掩盖病变。以0.5%~1%Isovist脑室造影CT扫描44例,43例得到明确诊断,造影效果良好,其中交通性脑积水2例,室间孔粘连1例,导水管狭窄2例,正中孔粘连5例,脑室囊虫病33例,经手术和病理证实诊断符合率为100%。1例注入造影剂后距扫描时间过短,造影剂尚未扩散到病变部位而失败。
【Abstract】 Model of hydrocephalus and ventricular cysticercosis were made by emulsion cyst was scaned using Isovist CT-ventriculography scanning. Result:When concentration of contrast medium was 0.5%~1%,CT volum was 65.1~128.3Hu,the effect of CT- ventricu- lography was best.As concentration was much higher,it produced false image and the focus was covered.44 patients were undergone Isovist CT- ventriculography.43 cases were definite diagnosis. Of them 2 cases with communicating hydrocephalus,1 case with foramen interven-triculare adhesion,2 cases with midbrain catheter stenosis,5 cases with median foramen of 4th ventricle adhesion,33 cases with cysticercosis. The rate of correct diagnosis was 100%.It was confirmed by operation and pathology.One patient had a fail CT- ventriculography,be-cause the interval time was short from the contrast medium emptied into lateral ventricle to CT scanning,and contrast medium had not diffused to the location of focus.
