【摘要】 将采集的标本同时接种在有氧、无氢、ＣＯ＿２环境和等渗、高渗培养基中，同步进行检测难治性感染症３０８例，总体阳性率９９．９２％，需氧菌２５．６５％，厌氧菌２．２７％、Ｌ型７１．１０％，药敏结果报告２４小时达７１．７５％，４８小时累计为９８．３７％。按单品种、足剂量、足疗程、由静脉投敏感（或中敏）药物治疗，大多数病例在７～９天治愈。更多还原

【Abstract】 Author inoculates the samples in a cultivation system consists of aerobic,anaerobic,CO₂ and in different tradition of equal osmotic,high osmotic pressure at the sametime to examine pathogens from 308 cases with septicemia difficulty to treat.Aerobic bacteriaaccounted for percent 25.65 ,anaerobe per cent 2.27 and L-form per cent 71.10.Positive cul-tures were abtained from per cent 99.03 of total cases. Per cent 71.75 of drug-sensitivity re-ports can be abtained within twenty-four hours,and per cent 98.37 of them within fortyeight hours,According to the method of using simple variety,sufficient dose,enough courseof treatment,sensitivity（or mid-sensitivity） antibiotic by vein intracenous to treat,most ofcases could be cured within seven to nine davs.更多还原
