【摘要】 应用ＡＢＣ免疫组化技术观察了１７例喉癌、癌旁及正常喉粘膜上皮内花生凝集素（ＰＮＡ）受体的分布。结果表明癌细胞ＰＮＡ呈强阳性染色，毗邻正常喉粘膜上皮细胞未见阳性表达；在不同的喉癌组织学分级之间，ＰＮＡ的表达呈不同程度，其差异具有显著性（Ｐ＜０．００５）。提示ＰＮＡ受体可能是喉癌的一种重要标志，其分布与喉癌的分化、增殖有关，并为喉癌早期诊断和鉴别诊断提供了一种辅助手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 The distribution of peanut lectin(PNA)receptors in 17 cases of laryngeal carcinoinas,epithelial cells adjacent to cancer and normal laryngeal epithelial cells were studied by an ABC immunohistochemical survey.The results showed that PNA appeared to be strongly positive in cancer cells,and there was no positive expression in nearby normal epithelial cells. The expression of PNA was significantly different between the different histopathological grades of carcinomas(P<0. 005). The present study suggests that PNA receptor may be an important marker of laryngeal carcinoma. And its distribution may be related to cancer. The demonstration of PNA receptor could be used as a necessory way for the early and differential diagnoses of larngeal carcinoma.更多还原
