【摘要】 通过对三所幼儿园５５７名学龄前儿童进行连续４ｄ膳食调查和对其中２３８名儿童血红蛋 白（Ｈｂ）、血清铁（ＳＦ）检查。结果发现：３组儿童膳食热能、蛋白质、维生素Ｂ；基本满足ＲＤＡ要求，而 钙、锌、维生素Ｂ２、Ｃ摄入量明显不足，且主要在于植物性食品。３～、４～、５～岁组儿童Ｈｂ缺乏率分 别为３５．５％、４２．４％、２５．００％。ＳＦ缺乏率分别为４８．１９％、３７．８８％、４７．５０％。结果提示儿童缺铁性 贫血（ＩＤＡ）形成的主要原因是食物铁的来源不合理，膳食中植物性食品摄入量过多，而动物性食品 偏低，且在膳食过程中缺少具有还原作用的其他微量营养素。通过营养教育、食物调整和铁剂强化 可有效的防止儿童ＩＤＡ的发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 A 4 d dietary survey was performed for 557 preschool childern aged 3-6 years in three kindergartens, in which the contents of hemoglubin (Hb) and serum ferrin (SF) of 238 childern were determined. It was discovered that the heat energy, protein, and vitamin B1 nearly met the need demanded by the Recommanded Dietary Allowance(RDA),but the contents of calcium,zinc,vitamin BZ and C intake were inadequate for the childern. Although the Fe in food was sufficient,it came mainly from the plant food. For the childern aged 3, 4,and 5,the rates of the lack of Hb were 39. 51 %, 42. 42% and 25. 00% respectivelly;the rates of the lack of SF were 48. 19%, 37, 88% and 47. 50% respectivelly. The results showed that the main reasons of child iron defficient anemia (IDA) were the lack of rational Fe sources,the excess of the plant food,and low animal food. The micronutrients which played the role of reduction were inadequate in diet, The prevention of child IDA can be achieved through nutritional eduction,food regulation and the intensification of iron ingredient.更多还原
