【摘要】 采用临床观察，真菌镜检及真菌培养的方法，对９０例面癣患者进行了系统研究。结果显 示，自然过程面癣患者皮损为典型的体癣样损害，用药病例则呈非典型表现，此与外用皮质激素密 切相关。皮损真菌镜检阳性率为１００％，典型损害与非典型损害间阳性率无显著性差别（Ｐ＞０．０５）， 真菌培养石膏样毛癣菌占７８．８％，红色毛癣菌占１３．３％，其它７．７％。结果表明；面癣的临床和真菌 学特征与体癣相同，其诊断和治疗应与体癣标准一致。更多还原

【Abstract】 90 patients with tinea facial were studied systematically with clinical observation,fungus microscope examination and fungus culture methods. The results showed that lesions in tinea facial patients with natural process presented a typical form of tinea corporis. Howerver, le- sions of tinea facial treated with other cream were atypical. This is closely related with the external use of corticosteroid. The positive rate of fungus microscope examination was 100%. There was no significant difference between typical and atypical lesions (P>0. 05). Fungus culture showed that Trichophyton gypseum accounted for 78. 8%, trichphyton rubrum 13. 3% and other strains 7. 7%. The results demonstrate that the clinical and mycological feature of tinea facial was the same to that of tinea corporis. Its diagnosis arid therapy should correspond With the norm of tinea corporis.更多还原
