【摘要】 应用ＡＴＰ酶染色及全自动计算机图象分析技术对６０个正常及地塞米松处理的豚鼠表 皮郎格罕细胞（ＬＣ）进行了形态定量测定，结果发现正常ＬＣ胞质周长与其面积的平方根呈非常显 著的正相关及直线回归关系，为ＬＣ形态学特点之一。Ｘ轴与Ｙ轴投影及形状因子参数的测定表 明，ＬＣ为典型的树枝突轮廓。用药后ＬＣ周长、面积、Ｘ轴与Ｙ轴投影显著减小，形状因子明显增 大，提示ＬＣ损伤严重。更多还原

【Abstract】 The morphological quantitation of sixty normal and de-came-thason-treated epidermal Langerhans cells (LC) in guinea pigs was determined with ATPase staining and the analysis of automatic computer image pattern. The results showed that there were very significant positive correlation and linear regression between the perimeter and the square root of its area in LC cytoplasm. It was one of the morphological feature of LC. The determination of X axis,Y axis projection,and form factor demonstrated that LC was a typial dendritix structure. The quantitation of perimeter,area,X axis and Y axis projection sharply decreased,and form factor obviously augmented after the treatment with dexamethason. The results sug- gested that LC might be seriously damaged.更多还原
