非真空脉冲电子束仪的研制及其对豌豆诱变效应的研究

【摘要】 我们研制成一种小型化非真空脉冲电子束仪。通过对吉林大豌豆所进行的大量生物学及田间试验表明,非真空脉冲电子束对豌豆的发芽势、出苗率及成株率均有很强的损伤作用,其染色体畸变率亦高,对孕性也有明显的影响。可使M2代叶绿素、株高及熟期产生变异。研究证明,非真空脉冲电子束仪实用、安全、性价比高,是有效的诱变源。

【Abstract】 A nonvacunm pulse electron beam generator of pocket size has been developed.Usingthis instrument ,the mutagenic effects of nonvacum electron beam on pea seeds of varietyJLBP(Jilin big pea)were studied.The results showed that the NPEB(nonvacuum pulse elec-tron beam)is a very effective mutagenic source, which could induce higher chromosomeaberrations and strongly inhibit the development of M1 generation,Mutants with variousqualitative and quantitative characters as well as higher chlorophyll defect frequency andchlorosis were obtained in M2 generation,The optimum dose of the uonvacuum pulse electronbeam is 3.3 × 102Gy~4.4 × 102Gy.The instrument is safe and easy to operate。
