酶性DNA（Ⅳ）──鸡肝DNA具有酯酶活性

【摘要】 从鸡肝中提取的ＤＮＡ具有酯酶活性．实验结果表明α或β萘酯能被此ＤＮＡ水解，从而导致坚牢蓝ＲＲ盐出现特征性的紫红色，以及在Ｏ．Ｄ５４０ｎｍ处引起吸收值的增加．
【Abstract】 DNA which extracted from liver in G. gallus domesticuv exhibited esterase activity. The experimental results suggested that α-naphtyl or β-naphtyl acetate could be decomposed by the DNA and then fast blue RR salt be led to appear special violet colour with increasing O. D540nm.
