【摘要】 激光刻印是一种新兴的刻印方法，本文概要地叙述了激光刻印的优越性，应用领域，刻印机理。并介绍了我们最近研制成的一种“掩模式ＹＡＧ激光刻印机”，由于这种刻印是非接触式的，具有速度快，生产效率高，刻印的标记清晰、耐久的优点，所以它特别适于在线生产的工件产品上做小面积重复性刻印。本文最后给出了我们用自行研制的掩模式ＹＡＧ激光刻印机在工件上刻印的结果。更多还原
