樟树溃疡病研究Ⅲ.病害发生发展规律

【摘要】 樟树溃疡病(Physalosporasp.)以菌丝和子囊孢子在病组织和病残体上越冬.子囊孢子萌发需低温刺激.3~5月为子囊孢子成熟期;5月为子囊孢子释放盛期;5~6月为病害盛发期.病害流行一般呈“S”型曲线,与相对湿度、温度、降雨量呈显著相关.温度对子囊孢子释放,相对湿度对病斑扩展长度的影响尤为显著.经分析认为,此病属中温高湿型病害.针对其特点提出了该病控制与防治的几点建议.

【Abstract】 The results show that the pathogen(Phyalospora sp.)of Camphor cankeroverwintered as hypha and ascospores on the diseassed tissues.Mature of ascospores de-pended on the stimulation of low temperature from March to May.Ascospores were transmit-ted by wind and rain.Ascospore and conidium release reached the maximum in May and Junerespectively.In those two months,disease occurrence corresponded to the peak of distributioncurve of disease progress.The cumulative disease progress exhibited S-type curve.As-cospore release was significantly correlated with temperature and rainfall,especially withtemperature.And disease occurrence was significantly correlated with relative humidity(RH),temperature and rainfall,especially with RH.It is suggested that Camphor canker is amiddly humidity and high temperature depended disease.Recommendations on disease con-trol were made.
