纤维悬浮液在流送中的起动阻力
START FLOWING RESISTANCE OF THE FIBRE SUSPENSION
【摘要】 本文研究表明,纤维悬浮液由静止状态进入流动状态,即起动时的瞬间所存在的摩擦阻力损失要比稳定流动时的摩擦阻力损失大得多。起劝阻力的存在揭示了纤维悬浮液的粘弹性质,也表明了不同于其他液体的流动机理。本文在论述了起动阻力基本理论的基础上,通过实验测定出木类和草类纤维悬浮液的起动阻力值和起动特性曲线,最后通过运算得到起动阻力与其纤维浓度的关系式
【Abstract】 It has been shown that there is start flowing resistance when fibre suspension is pumped from static state.The value is greater than viscosity resistance of fibre suspension in stable flow.Start flowing resistance of fibre auspension shows viscoelastcity and specific flowing property. On the basis of the basic theory of start flowing resistance and according to experiment results,we determine the value of start flowing resistance and the characteristic curve in the wood and grass fibre suspension.At last the relationship between the start flowing resistance and its consistency is known from computation.
