钢的离子渗铬层组织及表面应力研究
MORPHOLOGY AND SURFACE STRESS OF IONIC CHROMIZING COATING OF STEEL
【摘要】 本文采用离子氮化炉对A3、45、T10、T12钢进行离子渗铬。研究了渗铬层的组织及结构,阐明了渗层组织的形成机理。对T10钢渗层组织进行了有无辉光放电作用的对比。测定了离子渗铬及无辉光放电作用的低压气体渗铬后钢件表面应力状态
【Abstract】 in this paper, A3, 45,T10 and T12 steel are chromized by ionic nitridingfurnace. The morphology,structure and the forming mechanism of the chromizingcoating are researched. The coating morphology of T10 after glow discharge is compared with that without glow discharge. The surface stress is measured. The steelschromized ionically and by low pressur gas without glow discharge respectively.
