【Abstract】 In this paper the authors discuss the problemin rgeard to the threshold size of the sucrose nuclei Whose values vary in a great degree according to the publishedliterature because of many reasons. The initial time forming the nuclei can be observedand measured through the new nucleation method by combination of the organic solvent de-water and the ultrasonic wave vibration in this experiment.
