【摘要】 本文采用温盐水为造影剂，对６８例不孕症患者，在Ｂ超监测下进行输卵管通液术，直接观察双侧输卵管的通畅情况，并对轻度阻塞的患者进行治疗结果：双侧输卵管通畅３２例，单侧通畅１２例，通而不畅６例，双侧阻塞１８例；有７例经通液后而受孕此法不仅增加结果判断的客观性和可靠性，而且可免除碘油造影过敏和Ｘ线的危害，值得临床推广．更多还原

【Abstract】 Under B ultrasonic monitoring,by using warm salt water as constract medillm and tubal patent test of liquid instillation,68 cases of in fertility have been examined and both the fallopian tubes have been observed directly.The results have shown that,among 68 cases,32 get unobstructed in bath tubes, 12 get unobstructed in one tube,6 get half-unobstructed and 18 remained obstucted.Besides,after the treatment,7 patients have got conception.This method could protect the patients from constract medium sensitivity caused by codized oil and the harmful effects caused by X-ray更多还原
